A perfect cocktail for eight party guests or as we did, a Saturday night treat. We have had some raspberry liqueur in the cupboard for quite a while and I have been looking for the ideal cocktail to use it in.

This was definitely the right choice, I would have been quite happy to drink it for all the eight guests! Of course, as I love pink............


Share the liqueur evenly between eight glasses. Pour over the sparkling wine. Add the raspberries and serve.
